Passed.
40/60/80 composite score was 70%
Everyone post your result and your 40/60/80 score. I want to get a feel for the required passing score. I think I was very close to the mason/dixon.
For all of those discouraged by your results, I’m 35 years old and in the finance industry. I waited a long time between level 1 and level 2. Failed level 2 once and overslept another time because I made the awful mistake of trying to cram the night before the test. Promised myself that I’d walk away from the test, but as more people have the accredidation, the more common place it has become as a requirement. I’ve got three kids and I’ve done very well for myself, but when I look for positions, lack of CFA kind of stands out like a sore thumb (I don’t have a graduate degree). Moral of the story, if you love finance and don’t want a graduate degree, suck it up and take the tests. It only gets harder as you get older. I wish I spent a week as my 35 year old self when I was 25. It would have made me appreciate how much freedom and time I had to myself.
