Urgent Help required.

Frankly I am appalled to see the kind of mean spirited replies that this thread has elicited.
If you cannot help the person who is in serious anxiety, dont poke fun and make it worse for them. It is not funny.
Life is pretty much like markets - doesnt go up in straight line all the time. And while you may laugh at someone else’s misfortune today, you may very well be on the short end of the stick another day.
To the thread poster - I cant really help you as I dont know much about the process. But I can imagine this must be a tough time for you. Keep your chin up mate and take the genuine advice that you get from fellow forum members. I wish you all the best.

I didn’t think the “mean” replies were anywhere as bad as they could have been.

Real talk - no one is being mean to you but reality always has a way of appearing as such.
Real talk - Im sorry but your results will be voided
Real talk - Dont contest the charge too much, rather opt for a quick settlement in time to re-register when fees are cheaper. These investigations are concluded around Feb/Mar next yr at which time you pay higher fees to reregister. Correspondance is through emails so dont picture a scenario where some fancy lawyer is quoting statutes to the institute. It’s a pretty mundane process.
Real talk - Your default frame of mind right now should be that no results for you next month, a positive outcome will be if you are not banned for some period.
Lastly learn from your experience and put the bloody pen down!!!!!

Another way to look at it is that you won’t be alone in re-writing next year. Around 50% of us will be there. The fact that you were holding on to your pen (writing or not) for 20 seconds after stop does not paint a picture of someone who was in control of the exam. You could actually escape on a technicality here. You could turn out to be the guy who neither passed nor failed, so look at the bright side. Hope this cheers you up!

Hi..I have received exactly the same notice of investigation stating tht I wrote for about 20 seconds after time was called during the morning session of the level 3 exam this June 2014.
can someone advise as to how should one respond to this ?
